Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $100K in East Phillips, Minneapolis, MN.
Charlie was great throughout the process of getting me into my home. He had great knowledge of the area and was willing to look at as many places as it took to find the one that was perfect for me. Without having Charlie there to pick up the slack, I really doubt I would have gotten my place. Thanks to him, I'm now living in my dream house. Charlie really went the extra mile for me and made what could have been a really miserable experience into a positive one for me.

My experience with Charlie Ritt as a realtor was unparalleled. My family has moved a number of time and Charlie is the most knowledgable, friendly, laid back person I have ever worked with in this profession. I always felt like he cared very deeply about my success as a buyer and he spent a great deal of time making sure he learned exactly what I was looking for. His prompt attention to detail was particularly helpful.
By the end of my search he pretty much had my tastes and dreams perfect!
I can't recommend Charlie enough and I know that the next time I look for a home he will be first on my list to call.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Howe, Minneapolis, MN.
Charlie was great to work with, he answered all of our questions very clearly, and guided us very successfully through the process of buying our first house. He listened to what we wanted, and gave great advice and insight into lots of details about the houses and the buying process. We really appreciated Charlie's professionalism, and he made the process a lot less scary and more fun than we anticipated!

Listed, but didn't sell my Condo home in 2010 in Calhoun, Minneapolis, MN.
Charlie assisted us in listing our condo in Minneapolis. the market was very tough at that time and we ended up taking it off the market and staying put but Charlie was great.
He was very responsive to our needs and did a great job of communicating and keeping us in-the-know. I would recommend Charlie to anyone!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Apple Valley, MN.
Love, love, love Charlie! He is personable, knowledgeable and funny. I was the impossible home buyer- walking in the door at over 100+ homes and inquiry about 100 more. He was patient, never forceful and did a great job of hiding any frustration with me, (which HAD to have been there).
Because of Charlie and his patience, I am in the home of my dreams within my price range. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home.
