    Charlotte took the time to listen to what we were looking for in houses. She showed us several homes, comparable sales and rent to the home we looked at. She made the task of putting offers on the homes as easy as possible for us.

    Charlotte is a very intuitive to needs and desires of individual needs. We love her down to earth personality and vibrancy. She is a mid western girl at heart and we resonate from our connections here in Nebraska and a genuine sense of "knowing what a person likes".       I grew up in the Midwest, then spent 5 years on the west coast before relocating to Arizona in 1995.  I live in North Scottsdale and I enjoy the climate here Winter and Summer.
