Hi John,I have heard a number of agents around town over the past week talking about missing listings and or photos. I haven't personally had any fall off BUT I suspect it's a feed issue from Flex. I would suggest contacting Zillow's support staff and lately they respond quickest at: email@example.com . Shoot them the details on the missing listing(s)Charlotte
Contact RizaB at Zillow through the "contact" link on her profile. She will help you. https://www.zillow.com/profile/RizaB/
Hey Katherine, can you give us a little more on your question here?
Are you asking a question Taryn?
We need a lot more detail to properly answer your question. The easiest way to determine you price and to list it for sale is to call a qualified Realtor in your area.
Marketing your FSBO is a lot more than simply placing ads. Make sure to do your research.
Realtors can be very valuable to you as a FSBO IF they have a buyer looking for a home like yours. If they seem to push the conversation about listing with them just be polite but firm that you aren't interested in listing your property but you would be willing to pay commission to a buyer's agent (assuming that's true) with a qualified buyer.
You can go to Remove Listing if the listing hasn't been already claimed by agent. If it has then they can remove it.
Not really sure of your question but guessing you are asking how do agents value a home? There are a number of techniques, one is to look for RECENT comparable homes in the area that have sold or are under contract. Compare the similarities and add/take away value for differences. There is a bit of an art to determining what adds value and what detracts. Owner's cost to build really doesn't figure into the calculation if there are several similar resell homes in the local market. However, if the only way to get a home in that market similar to the one you are referencing, then cost to build does come into play.I hope that helps
Go to your listing, edit your listing, just under the pictures and Home Facts you will see Open House, click Add Open House. Enter your Open House information and MAKE SURE TO SAVE! (bottom of the page Update For Sale by Owner/Agent)
