Obviously an answer for Zillow. They are pulling info from tax records, their system does not see improvements made that would affect home value. Zestimate is only meant to be a guide. I trust this helps,Jeff

This is one of those questions that is best answered by contacting the local police department, chamber of commerce or the church you refer to. Some of the local sites like city-data provide general stats as well. When you take the zipcode 37411, there is such a variety of homes and neighborhoods that would require specific answers. FHA just raised it's minimum credit score requirement to 620 with many banks going higher. Find a lender that will work with you and advise you on how to improve your score.
