What a delight he is to work with and his negotiating skills, sense of urgency and most of all, an expert regarding the marketplace exceeded my expectations! Sold a Multi Family home in 2014 for approximately $900K in Lake View, Chicago, IL.

Chaz listed and sold our home within one month! Start to finish. Very professional yet warm and compassionate through a challenging process. His assistant Debi is terrific, also. A great pair to get the job done. Chaz guided us through the whole process, yet never forced his opinion on us. Sold a home in 2014 in CO.

Quite simply, Chaz Walters is a professional, for the most part without equal in the very competitive real estate business. Six years ago, he sold our home, sited on a sixty foot bluff overlooking Lake Michigan in Lake Forest. Recently he sold our co-op on the Gold Coast overlooking the lake in Chicago. He brings enthusiasm to showings, understanding to clients' wishes, expertise to deal making, and an innate expertise in sizing up potential buyers. Although I have no desire to move again, I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and acquaintances.  More Less
