Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $675K in La Jolla, La Jolla, CA.
From day1, Cher was right on top of everything that needed to be done to prepare our condo for sale. She made suggestions and followed through with setting up appointments for work that needed to be done. I was having surgery right before our property was going on the market, so Cher and her assistant were always available to help us through some difficult months. The property was sold quickly for a great price and I would and already have recommended Cher Conner for anyone looking for property in La Jolla and the entire San Diego County area. She is a true professional and great to deal with and knows this market better than anyone I have met and also knows exactly how to market properties.

We have used Cher Conner 3 times to sell and purchase homes in the La Jolla area. She is VERY knowledgable in the area and I would recommend her to anyone that wants to buy or sell a home. She is professional and got us great deals on our homes...and got us top money when we sold. She will be our only realtor!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $500K in La Jolla Village, La Jolla, CA.
Working with Cher to purchase my home was terrific. She has so much experience in real state in La Jolla/San Diego, her insights into different locations was instrumental. Cher is also extremely knowledgable of all aspects of purchasing a home, and is willing to provide very valuable advice and strategies to her clients. Bought a home in 2012.
We benefitted immensely from her knowledge of the market, and an innate
ability to sense our needs. She offered honest advise and even let go sales when
she felt it was not the best deal for us. Her patience in keep on searching homes
for us was astounding. Regardless of your price range , you get top effort and
attention.After we finalized our purchase, the support continued, even when not
asked for. Wonderful , top notch service !
