Bought a home in 2011.
I honestly believe you won't find a better realtor. We hit the jackpot with Cheryl. We were difficult clients - first-time home buyers and new to Houston. She educated us on the process and the city with endless patience. Cheryl has the perfect combination of knowledge, experience, personality, patience and compassion. I truly believe the desire to get it right for her clients is what drives her. We looked at a wide range of homes and never felt pressured toward the more expensive ones. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Bellaire, TX.
I never thought selling a home could be this easy. Cheryl knows the market, knows what it takes to make the buyer feel the home is theirs, and knows how to close the deal. She expertly guided us through the whole process, clearly, carefully, and respectfully. She was very responsive to our needs, but made it very clear what we needed to do. This meant that the part we dreaded the most, actually having our home on the market, was the easiest. Let me explain. We had lived in the home, which we built, for over 20 years, and it showed. Cheryl told us what we needed to fix, and that included painting throughout, new carpeting, landscaping, and fixing any problem we could identify. She made this easy by recommending the very best, fast, and reasonable workmen. It seemed like a lot at first, but the end result was our home looked so good it sold in the first day or two it was on the market, even though it was already July, late for the season. She knew just how to price it, too, and made us comfortable with the comparable homes for this. Then we were able to complete the closing even though we were out of town.
