From the first moment I met Cheryl I was impressed. My parents had deceased and I had listed their home with another agent, whom I fired for just cause. Cheryl suggested kisting my parents home for $35,000 higher than the previous agent. COuld she sell it for so much higher? She seemed to think so. I only wanted to pay a 5% commission but I felt that if she could get $35,000 more, I would be willing to pay 6%.
