Did not respond to my inquiry.
Agent did not contact me back in response to Zillow request. The request was made through Zillow's web page application, and was entered several weeks ago. This is not the only agent that has not responded to a request for contact and follow up, maybe the web page request application is not working properly?

Bought a home in 2013.
I purchased a rental property through her as the sales agent. She was pleasent to work with and very responsive to my questions. Will be working with her in the future.

Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2010 in California City, CA.
My brother and I bought a house using Cheryl. She was remarkably patient with us, and went to extraordinary lengths to help us with the process. Even more remarkable was the post sale care she's shown for us through some difficult times. Cheryl's a wonderful human being as well as a very competent real estate broker.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in California City, CA.
Cheryl is extremely patient and informative. Knew exactly what I needed and wanted prior to even having to explain. I would use her as my listing agent as well and for property management in the future.
