Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Wallingford, CT.
We met Cheryl by chance when we were interested in one of her listings. She was extremely helpful in listing our house for sale and selling it quickly not once but twice in a tough market. She was by our side through many challenging situations when trying to find a new house. We were VERY picky buyers and looking for something very specific. She was patient and dedicated and assured us that she would stick with us until we found our dream home. Almost a year later and through many adventures we purchased what is truly our dream home. Cheryl became a great friend during the process and we spent MANY hours in conversation. I still am not sure where we would be right now if we had not met Cheryl. She will always be a very important part of our lives and our children even love her. I could not have asked for a better person to lead us through a tough journey. We love you Cheryl! Thanks for everything, we owe you a lot!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $525K in Southington, CT.
My wife and I have worked with many real estate agents over the last 30 years and none of them have the drive and determination that Cheryl has. Her negotiation skills are remarkable! Cheryl returns ALL call very promptly, no matter what the issue was. Every topic we had concerns about, Cheryl went to bat for us on every one. If you want a realtor who is definately in YOUR corner, call Cheryl, there is none better as far as we are concerned. We can hardly wait to sell our new home just to be able to work with her again !

It was a real pleasure to work with both of you! One of my most impressionable moments was when we first met and tromped through 3 ft of snow up a long driveway - now that was tenacity on all our parts! I look forward to seeing you both again. Bought a Multi Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Clinton, CT.
I found Cheryl to be an excellent Real Estate agent. She did an exemplary job representing me in a very difficult and complex deal. During the lengthy process she exhibited skill in all aspects of her profession, including a quick business mind. Her ability to listen to my ideas then accurately, appropriately and persuasively convey my point of view was exceptional. Based on my experience with numerous Real Estate Professionals through the years, I would place Cheryl at the top.
