Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Oakland, MI.
Cheryl worked with us in the worst scenario possible. I had a work transfer thus a deadline. It was tight. A buyer that had to close on their current home before closing on ours and a multitude of banking errors, policies and delays being thrown at us. It was bad and everything was at risk. Cheryl stepped in when things were going and used her experience, knowledge and negotiation skills and the result was we were able to move on time. WOW! And she nailed the selling price from the first meeting. She did great. If you prefer results over form, talk to Cheryl. She is down to earth, calming and a true pro. If I ever get back to Michigan, Cheryl is our Realtor.
We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Oakland, MI 48363
We set up a time to view a property 3 days prior to the date we were supposed to be shown a home by Cheryl. Cheryl called me 2 hours prior to the showing time indicating that she had another property that she had to be at and couldn't make our showing appointment. She offered to reschedule and we declined. Any professional would have known that another appointment was at the same time and given proper notice.

I really wish I knew who wrote this review. I can only say that the circumstances must have been extraordinary because I take my profession very seriously and wish this person had given me a chance to redeem myself.
