I pledge to address personaly manage all problems that occur during escrow. I pledge to present all offers in person whenever possible. Face to face presentation sometimes is the reason why an offer is accepted over others. I pledge to hold open houses every weekend until a house is sold, if that is the wishes of the client. I pledge to assist my clients in finding physical inspectors, lenders, contractors, title reps, appraisers, home insurance agents, home warranty agents, handymen, electricians, plumbers, chimney specialists, asbestos abatement specialists, HVAC specialists and any other requests pertaining to maintaining a house or buying and selling a house.
