Chip Dusseau is a rare professional. The combination of attention to detail and reasonable negotiation resulted in the immediate sale of our house. In addition to having a winning, but realistic, view of the market we were able to attract the right buyers immediately to our property and ensure that they understood the value well enough to make an immediate offer. In addition, to this professionalism Chip was acquainted to relocation packages and was able to ensure the relocation company processed their paperwork on time. Often these companies miss critical details or are tardy which can result in the loss of a sale or renegotiation.
