Just had a guy try and get financing with B of A, but the problem was more with the appraisal. These new requirements will seriously restrict the market from bouncing back.http://www.roperre.com/
I wouldn't trust it. I would wait until you see him face to face and get an attorney.
I agree. A lot of people who have them end up hating them because everything breaks on them. I have concrete, poured in place and CHEAP! They look great, everyone compliments them...
doesn't sound like you would need to.
I wouldn't put any faith in the zesitmate. Go talk to a broker and have them set you up a listings cart so you can track your own value. Zestimates don't take into account key market factors like view, location to amenities, etc.
Have a local realtor set you up a listings cart so you can get listings as far back as you want, and keep you updated of closings that are like your home so you can track your own value.
I would think you would want to. Codes are there for a reason, mostly saftety. If you were to switch gas providers, they have to do a gas check anyways. If you are selling your house, the new buyer would have to get a gas check to start service.
Lawyers will give you the best advice.. but I believe trusts are best for estate planning and taxes.
Hi, you can also just find the listing in zillow, when open find the edit link and you can do it right there.
Not my market area... but I would use an agent. List it for a little more to compensate.[link removed by moderator]
