Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2011.Summary:
We have worked with Cris in the purchase of two homes and the sale of two homes. She is creative, tireless and caring. She has always gone the extra distance to promote our sales, as well as doing research and home inspections to find us the right home. With our last listing we made the decision not to sell even though with her marketing we had good traffic and a firm offer in a bad economy. Cris's advise and agreement as to the correctness of our decision took a lot of preasure off of us, because she had our intrests at heart.

Sold a home in 2004.Summary:
Chris told me she could find me a house. She did - it was the 2nd house she showed me.
One thing Chris did was to locate properties that would hold value. This was in addition to my criteria for a home. I have, and will continue to, recommend Chris highly.
