Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $750K in Poway, CA.
Chris always made himself available to us regardless of time. We feel he was truly driven by our goals as he helped us focus on what was important for our family. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and what was important for us... this made for a very targeted search and resulted in landing us in the perfect "forever home"!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Redwood Village, San Diego, CA.
Chris assisted me and my husband in our very first home purchase. We were married in May 2012. And much to our surprise ... I got pregnant during our honeymoon. (Watch out for all inclusive resorts and visits to Mayan fertility temples). With wedding debt recently accumulated, we absolutely needed to stick to our budget. AND with a baby on the way we could not compromise in our "must haves".
Finding a single family residence in a safe area in our price point in San Diego seemed impossible. To make things even more challenging, we didn't seek out Chris's help until November and wanted to be in our new home before Christmas.
Despite all these challenges, Chris assured us that all this was possible.
We received new listings daily and anytime we were interested in seeing a property (whether it was one or ten) he would contact us the same day with a game plan for viewing. After each viewing we would go over pros and cons of each property so he could best narrow the search. By mid November we found the one for us!
Chris quickly put in an offer and with little negotiation needed it was accepted in less than 48 hours with a few unexpected bonuses in our favor!!!
As first time buyers (and my third trimester of pregnancy beginning) Chris seemed to be extra caring, understanding, and thorough in his explanation of the remainder if the process to us. Additional members of his team also helped to make sure all i's were dotted and t's crossed.
Thanks to Chris's knowledge, skills and professionalism we closed escrow on December 14! How many agents have you heard of that can find you a home you love without going over your price point AND get you in the home in less than 45 days?!?!?
And just when we thought we couldn't think more highly of him, a few days before Christmas, we received a gift from him on our doorstep. A Christmas tree ornament of a house that said "Our New Home" with December 2012 written on the back. So incredibly thoughtful and personable.
Thank you Chris for all your hard work and making what seemed impossible ... Possible.

Bought a home in 2011.
If you are looking for good real estate agent, who knows the market- stop looking and hire Chris, you won't be disappointed.
I picked Chris solely based on Zillow reviews and never regretted. Being 7 months pregnant, I was very anxious to buy a house before baby is born. I called Chris sometimes multiple times a day with questions about the different properties, the process, etc.., he was very patient and professional, always returned my calls within couple of hours and answered all the emails even at 6am.
I can't imagine a homebuyer being more difficult and impatient than me. We were looking for house 5 bed/3bath in Poway/RB/PQ with a pool, good size back yard, and no HOA for a fairly low price, which is almost impossible especially during Thanksgiving - New Year period of time and Chris was able to find a house for us in less than 3 month.
Chris truly loves real estate and his job and know the local market very well. He has great negotiation skills and made a process really eau for us.I always had an additional list of properties, which I wanted to see, sometimes beyond our price range and Chris was able to set up appointments sometimes even the next day. Unlike other agents, he walked through all the properties with us, making a lot of good suggestions on remodeling.
Chris has developed network of real estate professionals and has a great team, who works with him. He suggested a loan officer, list of house and pest inspectors, and contractor, which his clients used to work with and we had good deals on all of those. He and his team made a closing and the entire home buying process easy for us. Chris was always on our side and became a good family friend. I would be happy to recommend Chris and will definitely contact him again.Thank you, Chris!!!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $350K in East Village, San Diego, CA.
Chris was very knowledgeable about the San Diego market and was a GREAT Help, in buying my codo! I would recommend Chris to any family or friends without any hesitation (which means alot!).

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Spring Valley, CA.
Chris is a wonderful agent. He works hard, is very professional, and handles all situations with integrity. I can honestly say Chris went ABOVE AND BEYOND when marketing our custom home. From the professional photographer, websites, business cards with links/home info, Chris looked into every possible option to not only market the home to the largest target audience, but also present the home in the best possible light. Every aspect of his marketing was excellent. Because of this we had a great amount of traffic and ultimately a good offer and successful sale. I doubt there are many agents who would do as much as Chris did marketing our home.
Chris put the same time and effort into finding us just the right home to buy. And despite being very picky buyers, he never hesitated to take us out when we gave him a list of additional properties to look at (and we looked at A LOT of properties). We always felt he made himself available whenever we requested his services.
We also never felt pressured to make a decision which is a big plus. So many agents put you on the spot trying to force you to sign a contract (big turn off) Chris didn't do that, and he always gave us adequate time to think about something before making a final decision.
His excellent support team was equally impressive, always staying in contact with us, keeping us informed what the next step was and following up making sure all necessary forms were completed on time. They helped make the process as stress-free and smooth as possible.
For these reasons, and many others, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Chris again to sell or buy a home. If you are considering doing either, you owe it to yourself to contact Chris. You'll be glad you did.

Chris has been showing us homes for months and I cannot imagine how anyone could possibly work harder for our family. His expertise is phenomenal, and he truly applies it in the best interest of his clients. Through our many offers, counters, hopes and disappointments he continues to demonstrate incredible personal and professional integrity. He has an excellent work ethic, a solid team behind him and he genuinely loves his work. He has been an incredible partner through this sometimes frustrating process, but he has always remained positive, flexible, and patient. He is determined to look out for our needs above all else and I am confident that our search will end with my family in a home we love.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $200K in North Park, San Diego, CA.
This is the guy, this is the team you want--period.
Short sales can be a nightmare. You want an agent, and a team that knows how to bargain the best price then follow ALL the paperwork so the sale doesn't fall through due to a missed deadline.
Chris and his staff helped us complete a difficult short sale and even kept an office open late one night for paperwork so we could meet a last minute deadline. If you want a professional who works for you and is relentless in his service--this is the guy.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in La Mesa, CA.
Chris was everything that I could ask for in a Real Estate Agent, knowledgeable, thorough, prompt, informative and patient. He took the time with me to help find the perfect home for my needs and budget. If I ever decide to move, look to buy another property or a friend needs help with buying or selling a property I will certainly be calling Chris to help out again.
Being from India, I didn't know San Diego that well, and I wasn't sure if I wanted a house in North County, or a condo in the Downtown area. From start to finish, this team, Chris and Maggie did an awesome job, and even helped me work through some rough spots. During the buying process, due to some personal reasons I was unsure if I would be able to close the deal, they stood by me, and provided options of how we could make it work.. Their negotiating skills, smart plays, and dedication to making everything happen for me got me a great deal, and literally saved me a few thousand dollars in some potential fees. But the way they were there for me personally is what I appreciate the most. This is an awesome team you want to hire, if you are buying your next home.
