Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Alpine, CA.
Chris was amazing! He treated me like I was his most important, top priority client. (even though my transaction was well under 200k) I felt like I was a million dollar client. He walked me through each step with confidence and efficiency. His knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry, combined with his many years of experience assured me that he was the ONLY agent for me. I felt comfortable and at ease knowing that my transaction was in the hands of the most competent, professional and dedicated agent available. I have found my Realtor for life!

Bought a home in 2011.
Chris was not my real estate agent though I wish he would've been. While working with another agent there were some incidents in which I didn't think my agent was doing the best he could and so I began to lose my mind. Chris, not being my agent and not getting any reimbursement whatsoever, eased my mind and was very knowledgeable on what should be happening and how to go about it. When I freaked out Chris calmed me down, dusted me off, and gave me excellent advise. Still he got nothing in return.... for my next purchase I am sticking with Chris.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $625K in Carmel Mountain, San Diego, CA.
Truthfully, I am so glad to have Chris as my real estate agent. It was my first time buying a home, so I had no idea of what's going on when I stepped into the real estate market. However, Chris is very knowledgeable on this and patiently explained all the terms and rules that a homebuyer needs to know.Thanks for Chris, we managed to find the perfect house in less than a month!! He would answer my calls immediately and even reply my email at midnight even if I shoot him emails at 11pm. He made the closing very pleasant and most importantly, he is always on my side, and he reaffirmed that with his actions by constantly negotiating our conditions with the seller agent and we finally get what we want at the right price. He is smart and witty. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a pleasant buying experience. As for now...I am going to sit back and relax on my new couch at my beautiful home.

I'm in the process of finding a house in San Diego and Chris has been awesome. What I value most in him is his quick responsiveness and his wealth of knowledge regarding the whole process of buying a home. Chris puts a great deal of effort into understanding the economics behind the housing market and the financial implications of purchases throughout areas of this county. I'm confident in his ability to assess the value of a property in relation to my financial and social needs. I've worked with realtors before who treated me like a number, but Chris is different. Not only has he gone out of his way to answer my questions (even late at night!) but he makes sure he follows up to see if I'm satisfied with the information he gave me. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who values a truly customer-service oriented experience while buying a home.

My boyfriends parents wanted to sell their house in Ramona, and in this economy and market, it was important to me they had an agent who would be honest, but would also be excited about their home. The house itself is one of a kind, designed and build by a bridge builder, it is unique and gorgeous. Not your typical tract home in Ramona. I wanted someone who would appreciate that. Chris came to their home and met with them, sat them down and was very honest with them. He had done the premilinary work and had all the numbers and bottom line, which both of them appreciated. He explained the demographics and the economy and what he thought would be the best situation for them and their needs. I appreciated his professionalism, but more than that, the human and compassionate way Chris treated them. Chris answered all their questions and made them so comfortable that, even though it wasn't time for them to sell their house, they want to continue to have Chris represent and sell their home. In this economy, it's hard to find an agent who's first priority is you. Chris Boudreau is that person. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an agent for their real estate needs. He is someone who is hard to find in this business. A strong agent with honesty and ethics.

I am not, in any way, exaggerating this review. If there are 6 stars, that's what I'd give him. He is very professional and very sensitive to his client's needs, wants and limitations too. He does beyond what is needed and he is always available to answer your questions...even in the wee hours of the night. Very hardworking and organized, he can answer any aspect in buying a home. He was very helpful to me, a first time home buyer who knows nothing about this kind of business. He was able to explain to me every step in buying a home, especially in my case where I was left to absorb everything on my own, since my husband is currently deployed. He made everything easy to understand, he has tools that would make paper works a breeze, and he even helped me with my walk through. He is always on top of everything and always keeps you updated with what's going on, who's doing what, and the next thing that you need to do. Efficient, effective, exceptional! Need I say more? He is the agent for you!
