Chris is a very talented realtor who ensured that we received the highest possible price when selling our house in a down market. He knows his craft inside and out and was always very friendly and available to answer our questions/address our concerns. We highly recommend him as an agent.

Chris is a very knowledgeable agent. He knows many different regions around Charlottesville. My parents used Chris many years ago and now he is helping us. He is very patient and really wants to go the extra mile for his clients.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Ruckersville, VA.
Buying a new house can be a very painful experience (it seemed like everything that could go wrong did), Chris did everything possible to ensure we got the home we wanted. Chris gave us options regarding; properties, lenders, lawyers, and local reps for service. His best trait is his responsiveness; Chris was never hard to get in touch with and had good advice to give at every point in the process. I would highly recommend Chris to future home owners.

Chris Colasuonno is the type of person you want your daughter to marry. Honest, ethical, straight forward, caring and highly intelligent about this business. I've bought and sold numerous homes and rental properties...bar none Chris is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. His guidance has always been dead on...even when I had my questions about his instincts...but every step of the way he has given me the correct direction and advice. Be wary however, he is a very likable guy and could become a lifelong friend and your last Real Estate agent. Thanks Chris... you are simply the very BEST!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Keswick, VA.
After a year long search, Chris was able to get us in to a house that exceeded our expectations. He listened carefully and understood what we were looking for. Once we found the right property, Chris was proactive in facilitating and negotiation the completion of the sale. I would recommend Chris to others.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Staunton, VA.
My husband and I were given Chris's name after we fired another real estate agent. We were in a time crunch with respect to finding a house to buy. After listening to what we were looking for, Chris immediately had several options that actually matched what we told him (as opposed to the previous real esate agent). At one point in our search, the area's real estate computer system went down. Chris didn't let that hinder our search and had several personal contacts he used which allowed us to continue our house search, ultimately finding a great match for what we needed. This was in 2003. When we sold that house in 2006 we had Chris help us sell that house, which sold at a higher price than we paid and in a relatively short period of time. Currently we are working with Chris again and this search has been much longer because our requirements are more stringent. He has always been efficient and flexible with respect to our work schedule and arranging home tours. He also is prompt and curteous and has never exhibited an impatient manner, which would be easy to do considering how long this particular house search has gone on. If anyone wanted a recommendation for a top notch real estate agent, without hesitation I would recommend Chris Colasuonno.
