Chris began his career with Pitney Bowes as an Account Manager, where he “pounded the pavement” learning the fundamentals of sales. Chris exceeded all targets for sales revenue and leasing and was recognized as a top performer ranked nationally in the top 5% of all sales personnel.

Chris left Pitney Bowes to start a successful Web Software Company specializing in database-driven sales & marketing solutions for the real estate industry. After seven years invested in growing that company and developing the product line, Chris sold his company and made his next career move.

Driven by his passion for real estate and more than ten years of experience buying and selling investment properties, Chris started his career with RE/MAX. A Fells Point resident for almost ten years Chris had personally participated in the development and renovation of over fifteen properties. Chris’ unique background and skill set encompassed over fourteen years of experience in sales, marketing, real estate development, real estate investing, and technology. His resume is virtually a “Perfect Storm” for the real estate industry.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $150K in Violetville, Baltimore, MD.

Chris Cooke and his entire team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The Chris Cooke team truly made my first time "selling" a house an easy process. I appreciated his exceptional negotiating skills that helped me get more for my house than what most homes in my neighborhood were selling for. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $300K in Canton, Baltimore, MD.

Chris is an experienced agent with good knowledge of the Baltimore neighborhood where the house we sold was located. He initially over estimated the selling price. Selling efforts were adequate but his only suggestion over time was to lower the price. Ultimately we sold the house for what I believe is a price I could have gotten without an agent.  More Less

We are truly sorry that Mr. Brinnier was not satisfied with our services and we were shocked to receive this feedback as he had not expressed any reservations in accepting his offer. He had purchased this home in July 2006 at the peak of the bubble. Because Mr. Brinnier was "underwater", we provided him with the highest sales price that we felt was achievable for the market and instructed him that he could make price reductions earlier in the process if needed. He decided to list the property for $5,000 more than the highest sale price that we thought was achievable. Professional HDR home pics were taken and we purchased premium advertising. We called agents and scoured our database to find a Buyer. Despite the pricing, we generated 46 showings in 65 days and sold the home for 91% of our recommended price in 65 days. We make every effort to negotiate the highest price possible but the Seller makes the ultimate decision of whether to accept the offer or continue marketing the property.
