    Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $825K in Woodside, CA.
    Chris helped us purchase a foreclosure. Throughout the two month process he was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and responsive. He skillfully negotiated with the bank, and we got a price we were happy with in a multiple offer situation. He was extremely helpful in scheduling inspections.     Showed home in 2012.
    Chris was super responsive by email, and that is a rare but important attribute I think. We didn't end up pursuing property in the Bay Area but if/when we do Chris will be our go to guy. Highly recommended.

    I was born and raised in the bay area. I grew up in Menlo Park and Redwood City. I cherished and still to this day love where I live. I've practiced real estate in the Bay  Area for over 10 years now. I started Ella Financial over 7 years ago. My mission is to bring a different kind of experience to buyers and sellers. I want to give a sense of structure and calm in what can be a volatile real estate market. I know the market not only from the sales standpoint, but also from a mortgage standpoint. I have been a licensed senior loan officer for over 8 years now as well. My clients love the fact that I'm not just an agent that can show them properties, but I can help guide them through the very complicated journey of getting a loan.
