Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $825K in Woodside, CA.
Chris helped us purchase a foreclosure. Throughout the two month process he was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and responsive. He skillfully negotiated with the bank, and we got a price we were happy with in a multiple offer situation. He was extremely helpful in scheduling inspections. We highly recommend Chris and would work with him again.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in La Grange, CA.
Chris helped us purchase a second home out of the area. This was a diffucult purchase as it was a foreclosed property. Being this would be a weekend home for us, and we were not in the area of the purchase, having someone on our side to handle the day to day issues with the seller (bank & their representative) was crucial to the sucess of our purchase. We will be selling a property in the near future in Redwood City and we will use Chris as our listing agent!

Bought a home in 2011.
First, I am a strong believer in utilizing the marketing engine of the major real estate engines for these types of transactions. But, this is no longer my belief...I met Chris at Ella Financial to help with financing and realized the depth of knowledge and deep contacts and network this firm has established in the Menlo Park to Redwood City areas. Second, their personalized selling/buying approach combined with local knowledge and wide network is rare and invaluable. I continue to use Ella financial for both my financing and real estate transactional needs in this area...and highly recommend their services.

We used Chris Harris to buy our first home and secure a home loan. Chris is very personable and made the whole process run smooth. He has even become a good friend. He has refi'ed our loan a couple times at little to no cost to us. We will be using Chris in the future.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $1.075M in Redwood City, CA.
Buying a new place is never easy. I found Chris Harris to be extremely professional in representing the seller for my new home in Redwood City. I was impressed by his knowledge of the home, neighborhood, honesty, and responsiveness in the process. He understands what adding value is all about in this kind of a sales activity. He (along with Linda Wei who represented me in the purchase of this home) really made this whole experience a breeze. I would wholeheartedly recommend Chris (and Linda as well) during what can be a very emotional home buying process.

Bought a home in 2010.
Chris has helped us finding our dream house in Emerald Hills / Redwood City , CA. Dealing with our situation was not easy, and he was phenomenal resolving all the issues we had, one by one, in a timely manner, and with a fanatic drive and sense of accountability. Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $750K in Redwood City, CA.
I have had nothing but great experiences in working with Chris Harris. He has gone way out of his way to cater to our many needs. He not only found us a beautiful home in a neighborhood that we really wanted to live in, but he also made it affordable by taking care of our financing. And that's not it; when rates dropped, we went with Chris again to refinance and he was able to drop our monthly payments by a more than substantial amount. But wait, that's still not it! When we found out that we were expecting our first child, and decided to add on to our humble abode, Chris referred us to the most wonderful contractor, and again helped us with the financing of this huge endeavor to make our dream a reality. Chris' knowledge of the market, the area and all things related to real estate and financing is quite impressive. I recommend him without hesitation.

Bought a home in 2009.
Two years ago I decided perhaps the time is right, maybe I actually can afford a house in CA. I searched the web and "stumbled" across Chris Harris when I saw a darling bungalow that I felt I just had to have but thought (In my dreams). Well turns out, I am now residing in that very bungalow that I thought was just a dream. Yup, Chris stuck with it. For 6 months we patiently prodded away and he made my dream come true. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris for his perseverance, patience, and fine professional skills. I hope to die a happy old woman in this home but if life has another plan for me, I would turn to Chris again in a heartbeat. He's just a really good realtor.
