Hi,I had this same problem with a listing that I had--the tax records had the wrong amount listed as the sale price from two years ago.  I was able to contact the Connecticut MLS who were then able to get the correct sale information recorded.  However, it took about a month for the correct information to be reflected on Zillow, so be prepared to hang in there.Best of luck!Chris
