My Husband and I worked with the Allen Group to buy not only our first home but our first home in Oklahoma. A friend of ours referred him to us after we moved here. Chris, Anya, and Amanda are amazing people to work with. Chris took a lot of time to show us tons of areas outside the metro area because we were looking for a home with some space. He took the time to learn exactly what we wanted and didn't waste our time with listings that didn't meet our specifications. We got the perfect home for us and due to his excellent negotiation skills we were precisely on budget. It is obvious that Chris really cares about his clients and not only just making sales. He genuinely wants his clients to be happy and he definitely went above and beyond. He even worked through the weekend for us due to a delayed and very frusterating closing. Chris also referred us to an amazing mortgage broker who not only gave us a great mortgage but also tremendous service to get us closed on the house. There is no way I would buy or sell a home without The Allen Group. They really are the best.
