Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in South Broadway, Albuquerque, NM.

If you are looking for an older, historic home in the heart of Albuquerque, Chris is your agent! She is very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and the workings of older homes. She has a true love for these special beauties and knows what to look for and what questions to ask. She is an honest, hardworking professional who is not afraid to get her hands dirty crawling around basements inspecting infrastructure or navigating old attics. She will tell you the truth, even if it's not what you wanted to hear. She handled a very tricky short sell for us with sellers from South America and with us a 2 hour drive from town. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Near N Valley, Albuquerque, NM.

It would be difficult to find a realtor as hard working and responsive as Chris Weller. She was on top of the home buying process from day one and made sure everything went smoothly and deadlines were met. She is very proactive about getting inspections completed and recommending and helping buyers or sellers find and schedule contractors. While many realtors in my experience are more familiar and comfortable with buyers looking in new or high end developments like the west side or northeast heights of Albuquerque, Chris specializes in, and is also very attuned to buyers like me who prefer historic areas and the North and South valleys.
