Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Near N Valley, Albuquerque, NM.
It would be difficult to find a realtor as hard working and responsive as Chris Weller. She was on top of the home buying process from day one and made sure everything went smoothly and deadlines were met. She is very proactive about getting inspections completed and recommending and helping buyers or sellers find and schedule contractors. While many realtors in my experience are more familiar and comfortable with buyers looking in new or high end developments like the west side or northeast heights of Albuquerque, Chris specializes in, and is also very attuned to buyers like me who prefer historic areas and the North and South valleys. She values sustainability and is a green certified realtor. I highly recommend her!

Bought a home in 2012.
Chris is the best! Very knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate and really looks out for her client's best interest. How many realtors do you know who would inspect a crawl space and roof for her client? (Even the inspectors and contractors were impressed). Chris is wonderful to work with and I could not recommend her more enthusiastically!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Plaza Vieja, Albuquerque, NM.
Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Albuquerque and it's neighborhoods. She was willing to look at and help us consider a wide range of homes, including a number of funky and non-traditional possibilities.When it was time to write up an offer she worked wonders!

As a home first home buyer, Chris was helpful, experienced and patient with us. She was very honest when it came to what was right for us because as a first time home buyer you might not know what you are getting into and tend to make rushed decisions. We highly recommend her....she is amazing.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Downtown, Albuquerque, NM.
We worked with Chris when buying our house in downtown Albuquerque and we couldn't be happier! Her knowledge of historic homes and neighborhoods is impressive and it really helped us find the home of our dreams. I'd recommend her to anyone. Thanks Chris!

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Wells Park, Albuquerque, NM.
I highly recommend Chris Weller as a realestste agent and a friend. Chris spent a lot of her time not just helping me find a home, but helping me figure out what kind of home I was looking for. Chris has a passion for architecture, quality homes, as well as neighborhoods in general, not just business. However, she is very bright, and has a very healthy sense of business ethics and will help you find the right home and a fair deal. Chris also continues to keep me updated about real-estate and related politics in my neighborhood.

Bought a home in 2010.
Chris learned about us first and was able to show us the perfect home as her first choice. She had excellent knowlege of the area, and has a good expertise in matching clients to neighborhoods and homes. We looked at over 80 homes and came back to the first one she showed us.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Barelas, Albuquerque, NM.
Chris sold two residential rental properties for me, first as a buyer's agent, and as my agent on the second......excellent service on both occasions. She worked above and beyond what I would have expected on the first, helping correct the problems that came up before closing. She did a great job as my listing agent and got it sold in a short period of time with no problems. She is very involved in community affairs, knows the city well, and is well connected and respected in the Albuquerque area.
