Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $300K in Bealeton, VA.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $300K in Falmouth, VA.

We put our house on the market Monday, and we had an offer by Friday. We closed within 1 month at only $2000 below asking and were able to move on with our lives. As a military family with orders to NC closing quickly to avoid a double mortgage situation was especially important to us. We could not have been happier with Chris.  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $425K in Manassas, VA.

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first house a few years ago when we stumbled upon Chris and Q-Real Estate. Working with Chris for those few months back in 2012 was a great experience. His knowledge of the local market and guidance through the entire process was very much appreciated. He helped to find us the right home, did everything he could to ensure that our offer was accepted, and navigated the sometimes choppy waters to make sure we closed. So it was no surprise that when we decided to sell the house a few years later, we went back to Chris to help us out! Once again, Chris's knowledge of the market and dedication to helping his clients not only get a fair and reasonable price for their home, but ensure that the deal did in fact close was invaluable. This particular sale was even more challenging than the purchase of the home due to a very low appraisal. Chris tirelessly worked with the Buyer's agent and us to make it work. Even in circumstances that are not ideal, Chris has proven to go above and beyond what should be required of him to make sure everyone involved in the deal is satisfied with the outcome.
