Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Sahuarita, AZ.
We are very happy with the service Chris Pendleton provided us. As first time home buyers, we were very intimidated by the process of house hunting. We struggled with an uninterested and uninformed agent before Chris was recommended to us. With his experience and knowledge, he was able to zero in on our wants and needs. He mapped out a plan for success and walked us through the whole process -- patient with all the questions we had along the way. One of the key factors in the decision to switch agents was Chris' integrity and values mentioned by our friend. Staying ethical was very important to us in a market that has a reputation for deception. He provided that in addition to his skills as an excellent agent. We recommend him when anyone brings up home buying in conversation.

We are so thankful to Shannan and Chris for helping us find our home. Shannan is so friendly, knowledgable and took the time to understand our needs. She really went the extra mile, making us feel welcome and comfortable during this process. Shannan and Chris were available for any questions we had about purchasing a new home, renting and refinancing our old home as well as design, landscaping and contractor questions. It has been such a pleasure to work with them. We are so confident in our decision because of the time Shannan and Chris spent showing us listings and giving their advice. We really appreciate it. Chris Pendleton and his team were instrumental in the short-sale of my home. As a service member stationed in Japan I could not have navigated the short-sale process without out Chris's expertise and experience. If you need a real estate agent for a short-sale or otherwise, Tierra Antigua will look out for you through the entire process.

Bought a home in 2012.
I am an active duty military member who is preparing to transition to civilian life and decided to move to the Tucson area. I chose Chris Pendleton randomly online and could not have expected better service. He made himself available to me 24/7 and helped my wife and I find our dream home. I have bought and sold 5 homes and this has been by far the best experience bar none!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Cherry Avenue, Tucson, AZ.
We can't say enough about how well the Pendelton team handled our home purchase.
They listened to our needs & we ended buying the 1st house they showed us.
When the appraisal came in lower than expected they were able to present enough evidence to the appraisal company that we got a higher appraisal and a lower interest rate to boot!
We have bought and sold several properties over the last 50 years and this was the smoothest of all.
Whether buying or selling talk to the Pendeltons first, you won't be sorry you did.

Shannan is awsome! Always on top of things, looking an finding exactly what we where looking for. She would go above an beyond her duties for us, we spent alot of time together looking for the perfect house. An when we had troubles with our closing date she was on that phone with people all day an night to make sure we got into our house on time! Now that is dedication she is your girl.

Bought a home in 2012.
Shannan Marty is a wonderful realtor! She took the time to listen to my requests – which were numerous – I even had a specific neighborhood in mind. She walked me through each step of the process and was always patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She was also flexible with her schedule and very accommodating to my needs (shopping for a home with a four-month-old isn’t easy!) I would recommend her services to everyone and plan to use her again in the future.
