Chris was the broker when I purchased a multifamily investment property in February, 2012. His involvement and attentiveness went beyond the norm for brokers. He was punctual, reponsive and friendly. He was able to answer most of my questions immediately, and would follow up within a few hours with the information for questions to which he was unsure. He never looked to "just give an answer" to my questions. He always thoroughly researched any points raised to which the answer was not obvious. From rent control laws to engineering issues, he never backed down. Chris ALWAYS verified all the info for me and made this transaction a pleasure. His peoples skills and pleasent demeanor helped keep the transaction sailing along smoothly.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Bayonne, NJ.Summary:
We observed that many homes in town were listed with Chris Piechocki. We also observed that soon these homes were under contract and sold, some in our own neighborhood. That was how we decided to call upon Chris to list our house. He was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. He always answered our emails and phone calls. The day before our home inspection, we had a few inches of snow and we were out of town. Chris shoveled the snow for us, so that we didn't have to come home. He then arranged for someone to shovel for us in the future. Luckily, we didn't need any one to shovel for us again. After that home inspection, the house was sold.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Bayonne, NJ.Summary:
Chris was a great realtor. When showing us homes, he noted both the good aspects and the things that needed work, which was really impressive. He also would respond immediately to our calls and emails, no matter what the issue. When it came time to place an offer on our house, he encouraged us to ask for an amazing deal. And after we moved in, he recommended several local service people who have all been fantastic.
