When I decided to buy I house I had absolutely no idea what I was getting into, what to look for, how to look, or even really what I wanted. As a first time home buyer, everything seemed like such a daunting task. Chris said that was okay, she was there to teach me. And teach she did. She isn't going to try to sell you a property just to sell it. She wants to find you something you will be HAPPY with. She suggested a property to me that I never ever would have thought of looking at on my own. She must have gotten to know what I like really well because it is the one I bought!
Chris is great about showing you the ups and downs each property has to offer; what you will love and what might cause some issues. On top of her expertise, she is a very personable and caring individual, as well as very prompt in returning phone calls and e-mails any day of the week. She is very easy to work with and made the process enjoyable, going above and beyond what I would have expected.
