I am an agent in the St. Louis, Missouri area with a listing I posted on Zillow. When a person wants to contact me, they notice that the city posted under my name is Seattle, Wa. How can I correct the city to St. Louis, Mo.?

Wow, It's going around...I just realized that I'm from Seattle too, and I always thought I was in St. Louis! Hello out there to all of you from Seattle!Hope they get this worked out. Seattle must have a ton of realtors!

Hi,    Any full time real estate professional can do comps in a given area for you.  Those of us with listings in Maryland Heights do comps on a regular basis for our sellers.    To find a qualified agent, you can contact the St. Louis Board of Realtors.  We are not allowed to solicit business on Zillow.  When you choose your agent, ask them if they are full time and how they arrive at their comps.    Best of luck to you, I hope this information was helpful to you.Chris Richards, GRIBroker/SalespersonPrudential Patterson Realtors[content removed by moderator for being self promotional]
