    Chris is a special Realtor he is caring and considerate on what people want. He returns calls very fast and is a go-getter. He has excellent negotiating skills and listens to what are needs are. Chris goes above & beyond to get things done. He does not pressure you like other realtors do. He is very patient and listens very well.     Sold a home in 2008.
    I am glad that I hired Chris Tellez he used alot of innovative marketing techniques and is a go getter and aggressive. I sold my house in only 25 days my prior agent had it on the market for 6 months!! He also helped us purchasing another home and was patient and showed us alot of homes!
