Chris was wonderful throughout the entire process of selling our home. He was knowledge about the area and continually came up with new ways to market our home and keep interest up. We appreciate how diligent and conscientious he was as well as friendly and patient helping us navigate through the real estate market. He really worked hard for us and always made sure our best interests were being looked out for. He is easily accessible and always got right back to us about questions or concerns we had. We can't wait to have him find us our next home.

I am a first time home buyer and was referred to Christopher by a friend. I am so glad I was! This whole experience can be overwhelming, but Christopher made the entire process easier. He was accomodating, easy-going, and most of all--patient. Christopher was there step-by-step to answer questions. When it came time to bidding and negotiating, I felt he was there to support me, especially when decisions had to be made. I would call or email Christopher, and I would hear back from him within a few hours. He never made me feel like I was bothering him and Christopher treated me like I was his only client. This has been a wonderful experience and I can thank Christopher for this.
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Conshohocken, PA.
I was referred to Chris and could not have been happier with our buying experience. Chris was the definition of a professional in the business throughout our entire buying experience which lasted over 6 months. I looked at over 30 homes, switching my desired location, style of home, and price range multiple times, as well as looking at the same property multiple times on multiple occassions. Chris remained full of advise and provided his expertise with no frustration at all the entire time. Once the style of home, location, and price was decided upon, we found a home to put an offer on and we were outbid by another buyer. Chris remained hopeful, sat us down over lunch, and explained why this happened and how to move forward. We ended up finding another home, the one I am living in now, a few days later and used Chris's expertise to put in a competitive offer. We ended up going under contract with a settlement date of 90 days out. Over this time, we hit a number of roadblocks to the point where we had to switch our lender (due to a bad appraisal) 2 weeks before settlement. Chris made me feel like I was his only client during this time with putting in countless hours of work to make sure the deal happened on time. Though our original settlement date was pushed back a few days due to the lender, Chris made sure that everything was taken care of so that nothing unforeseen would happen. I am now settled in this home and could not be happier with the end result. The road to get to this point was rocky, but I honestly believe that Chris's knowledge and expertise kept the process under control better than most could. Chris gave professional advise the entire way that 99% of the time turned out to be true. His process expertise guided us through every document and step during the road with precision, and his negotiation skills allowed us as the buyer's to feel extremely comfortable with the deal. I would recommend Chris to handle any real estate needs and will be doing so myself in the future.
