Bought a home in 2013.
Chris was such a pleasure to work with. He took time to figure out exactly what was important to us. When looking at homes he always waited for us to form an opinion and then very honestly shared his. He was never pushy and never made us feel rushed. We found a wonderful home and always felt that he was on our side. He also constantly kept us updated. If you have a chance, do yourself a favor and work with Chris Herber.

I have worked with Chris Herber for over 10yrs and have found Chris to be very attentive to his clients needs. I would highly recommend Chris because of his ability to understand his clients goals and willingness to match those goals with the right home for them. Bought a home in 2012.
As a first time home buyer Chris helped my wife and I out in finding the perfect home for our growing family. During the process of finding the home Chris was very flexible in making time to show us houses in time frames that fit our busy schedule. Once we found the house we wanted he did all the work in getting our offer submitted and accepted. He was usually available to take my calls and if not, got back to me quickly to answer my many questions. Now we have our home and look forward to the many years to come spent there. Sold a home in 2012.
As a Mortgage Loan Banker, it is always a pleasure working with Chris. Because I know his expertise as a realtor will make the transaction that much easier for me as a lender. In the end, the borrower wins which makes for happy closings. Chris is as good as they get.
