Sold a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2013 for approximately $50K in Lexington, NC.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Lexington, NC.
I contacted Mr. Chris Jones about a week ago regarding a property i am wanting to sale. I had a number of questions for him. I was able to give him the basic info on my property such as the square footage and number of bedrooms etc... and within 24 hours he had all the answers for me. He was able to give me info on similar properties that have sold within the past year and a few other helpful hints regarding what to do to get my property ready to be sold. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Randleman, NC.
Great to work with. Very professional. Put us at ease with the whole searching, negotiating, and buying process.
