Bought a home in 2012.
My wife and I worked with Chris and couldn't be happier with every single aspect of how he performs as an agent. He is brutally honest (don't ask him something that you don't want his honest opinion on), very knowledgeable, level-headed when the clients (my wife and I) aren't and quick to respond to any inquiries you may have.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $475K in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Chris understands the real estate business and treats it with a level of professionalism that was far beyond our experience with prior agents. Chris also treats his clients with dignity and respect.

Chris Roberts never pressures you into anything. I have nothing but the ut most respect for Chris. He is honest, friendly, and will give you as many facts as possible to help you make a informed decision. He always answers his phone. If on a rare occasion he does not answer his phone, rest assured that he will contact you promptly and answer what ever questions you may have. If he does not know the answer to your question, he will either get the correct answer for you or refer you to the proper party for assistance.
