Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in West Grove, PA.
Chris is great to work with! She has extensive experience and knows the area really well. She was able to help us understand the market and price our house accordingly. As a result, we sold our home in two days at very close to asking price. She was very responsive to our questions and requests and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. If you are looking for someone who is straight forward, experienced and knows the market, you need to call Chris.

Bought a home in 2012.
Christina Reid is an excellent person to work with. She was available at any time to answer any questions I had and if she didn't have the answer I needed she was on it and made calls to find out. She wasn't pushy,she works for you. Chris made me feel comfortable with the purchase of my house. She stood there till the end,even thru the long process that was out of our hands. Thank God for her & Wells Fargo I got my home! :)

Helped me rent a home.
Chris is an outgoing, cheerful person who takes pride and pleasure from helping people out. I was actually in a very difficult position, having the property I was renting sold out from under me and limited time to find a similar rental in a restricted geographic area. Chris immediately got an idea of my parameters, started presenting me with listings and we quickly refined the search. She spent quite a bit of time with me considering I was looking for rentals and not a purchase. Chris was a great asset during negotiations and was very responsive to my mild panic attacks with bumps in the settlement.
If I manage to get to a place where I'm going to buy in this area, I'll be looking for Chris again!

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in West Grove, PA.
Christina Reid has been my realtor for over a year, very sound judgement on multiple offers always , good response time and always follows up up with the new tenants brokers, She is handling multiple properties for me. Very professional and exceeds my expectations. I have been in the leasing business for quite a few years and had experience with many realtors over the years. Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Coatesville, PA.
Since the beginning of our search Chris was always there to help. She answered my many questions with the upmost professionalism. She was very flexible with our schedule when we looked at the houses on our list. She was able to come and meet us anytime. Chris has been a valuable asset to our home buying experience. Sold a home in 2010.
Chris Reid assisted me in the sale of my home. Due to the condition of the market and the fact that I was upside down in my mortgage, this was no easy task. Chris's patience and knowledge helped me to get the best possible price for the home. At the same time, she was able to help me locate a home for me to move to once the sale was complete. We spent many days out looking for the right property that would allow me to commute to work while keeping my daughter in her school. I found Chris to be easily accessible with readily available resources at her disposal for the questions that were out of her area of expertise.
