His broad based knowledge, experience and proven track record speak volumes for him. But in addition, which is what really sold me on Chris is his sensitivity to people. He is open and honest and honors your input. He is a reflective listener, hearing what you have to say and what you feel and most importantly what you want out of your business transaction with him. (whether it's buying a home or selling yours). He includes you in all decision making on the level that YOU want to be involved. He thinks outside the box AND works that way. If it's a top notch, friendly, results person you want for your real estate transaction, HIRE Chris MacDonald. He sold my home in 2 DAYS! I was more than happy with the price I got. And it was in a declining market.. I have kept in touch with him after the sale and count him as one of the Rare people you can Trust in the business world.
