I am an honest, hard-working, creative realtor and am part owner in a family-run boutique agency.At our agency we like tolimit the number of clients we take on so that we can specialize in a high level of customer service. We work with residential and commercial buying, selling and renting of properties.

In fact, we don't have a big corporation over our heads pushing to get new listings, so we can take the time to market our properties and to stay in touch with our clients far more than the others can. And all of our listings are shown by agents atall of the biggest franchises. They want to get the property sold too and by law they are not allowed to only show their listings.

We also heavily market to the Internet, where people like you, are looking for homes so we often get buyers calling us on our properties.

Buyers

We also work with buyers and help them get the best price they can for a new home and stay with them through the whole complicated process. We specialize in first time buyers, retirees and those that need to buy and sell at the same time. Also, let us show you the great deals you can get on new construction now. Don't go to the model alone. Let us represent you so that we can make sure you get your fair shake with an experienced builder. There is no additional cost to you. How I work

In my former life I was a techie journalist and magazine editor with a Master's in Publishing.For the last three years I have beenworking as a team with the broker, Terry Ford (my mother) who was one of the top selling agents at Weichert, Prudential and Remax, plus a private builder, for over twenty years. I have a background in project management, public relations, marketing and online and print publishing in the NYC world of national consumer magazines, books and websites.

I have lived in the Orange county, ny area for over twenty years and know it intimately.
