Chester is a nice area to raise a family. It's rural, yet close to everything, shopping, restaurants, commuting. Depending on which part of Chester you are in, your property could be part of MW, Chester or Warwick schools.
Simply stated, warwick is beautiful. There is so much to do there. It's rural yet has a great center of town, with fabulous NYC quality restaurants. There is always something to do in warwick and in the Fall, there is a huge craft fair called Applefest. Really nice place to raise a family.
Hi, I looked this up and it looks as though it's a 2 bedrood with attached garage and from what I can see it looks like an end unit. But the seller would need to cofirm for sure
Chester is located in southern orange county. While you have rural parts you are also close to major shopping and highway areas. Depending on where the property is, residents can be in either MW, Chester or Warwick schools. There are a few new restaurants in the area and is a great place to raise a family.
It's the county seat and very sought after. You have a good mix of rural areas and country town charm. Lovely homes, and great parks. Close to commuting and shopping. I notice this property has come down in price. $163 per square foot seems pretty good. I will keep it in mind since my real estate office is located in Goshen and I do receive a lot of calls for this area.
Campbell Hall is right near Goshen and a very lovely area. It's a quiet bedroom community with a metro north train station close by. Lots to do nearby and driving through you see rolling hills, pretty homes, horsefarms etc.
Goshen is the county seat and one of the most sought after areas in Orange county. It's lovely and the main town has lots of little shops and professional buildings such as lawyers row. It's a great place to grow up. Terrific parks and close to the mall and major highways
Middletown has tons of shopping, close to the malls, stuff to do for kids, and is an easy commute for people working in westchester, NYC or jersey. It's a big area and you have more rural parts and a very busy city as well.
It's a small bedroom community outside of Goshen filled with lovely homes and stretches of farmland. Drive through and look at the beautiful horsefarms on either side of the road. Close to everything, very desireable.
What is Chester like?
