I cover the new windsor area and often get calls from buyers for this area. It seems to be priced well. Would love to see the front of the house if you wouldn't mind.
I can tell you that I live close to this area and it's in a nice quiet, family friendly subdivision. The neighbors get together for BBQs in the green space, that kind of place. I love living in Washingtonville. As for the price, I am not the listing agent, so I would fully represent any buyers. I'd do a thorough market analysis of the property to help you make your decision on what to offer. I'd be happy to help answer any questions on this house or anything else in the area. There is a good amount of inventory available in this area so call me and we can take a look at it together. 845 294 3661, www.TerryFordRealty.com
I live right in this area and it's a great place to live. Washingtonville is a small town but very family friendly. This particular neighborhood has a nice green space and close to parks. If you are interested in this house or one like it I'd be happy to help you. My number is 845 294 3661 and my website is www.TerryFordRealty.com
The area, even though the market has slowed, is still in high demand. It's very close to major commuting highways and also close to shopping. Plenty of things to do here and just a really nice place to live.
Warwick is a beautiful place to live. They have a lovely village where you can spend the day shopping in quaint stores. I think it has some of the best restaurants in all of Orange county, definitely worthy of NYC restaurants. They have some of the best town events going on in the area, such as Applefest in the fall, and there's always something to do in warwick. If there's nothing going on anywhere else in the county, you can be sure there's something fun to do in warwick. Wonderful lifestyle. I just sold a house in this area not too long ago and the seller still emails me to tell me how much she misses it.
It's a nice area that is close to commuting, shopping, etc. I graduated from this school system and it was a great place to grow up. I was just showing homes in this area this morning.
If I had a buyer for this property I would do a thorough market analysis of the property and compare it to other recently sold homes in the area. We also weigh in what we are seeing going on in the market at the grassroots level. That would give me my buyers a clear picture of a fair offer. I have noticed that zillow is often wrong on estimates. I don't know what they use. Sometimes they are way over, sometimes way under. I would never rely on zillow info alone to appraise or do a market analysis.

Yes, however, there is a similar unit on sale for more and already under contract. We've noticed that a number of properties in this area were listed and had offers in very short periods. This may be a sign that the market is starting to really pick up and prices may start rising again.
Is this in Ridge homes of Whickham lake?
