This is off of harriman heights road. I grew up around here and one of my best friends lived nearby so I always drove this road, and this was one of the few houses on it. Always thought it was a beautiful drive. It's tucked away but a very short ride to major highways so it's in a sought after spot. Gorgeous homes have been built in this area over the past 10-15 years. Very easy to get to New Jersey or the thruway or rt 17 and major shopping. I grew up only a few minutes from here.

It's a beautiful area. It's rural with rolling horsefarms along the backroads but the nice thing is that you are never really that far from anything. Keep going in either direction and in a short time you will hit major malls and restaurants. This whole area is a very family friendly environment. I grew up here and love it here.

I am a realtor but I live in this neighborhood. People are great. Nice, quiet street. Lots of families. This is a lovely property as well.

We've sold a number of them and I live right nearby. They are on nice quiet streets, well maintained and there is a great playground right near by. I love the town of washingtonville. It's small and has some cute shops and if you want bigger shopping it's not far off.
