    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Roanoke, VA.
    Great to deal with, very helpful. Worked with me through a failed purchase due to the bank's neglect and we found my dream house after. Fast responding and doesnt let important matters set.

    Showed home in 2013 in Cave Spring, Roanoke, VA 24018.
    I just recently bought a home using Chris as my realtor and there was never a time I could not call and ask questions and inquire about properties. He always made himself available to show homes when it was convenient for me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the areas around Roanoke and the local school districts.     Hello! Let me introduce myself. My name is Chris Smith and I have been a licensed realtor since 2008. I started my career in real estate in 1988 right out of high school as an apprentice tile mechanic. I learned early in my life the value of hard work and how to give good service to my clients. After 15 years in the tile industry I obtained my class A Contractors License and started building homes. Then in 2008 I decided I would sell my own homes and people started asking me to sell theirs also. I also have experience in residential and commercial leasing. I feel I am the all around real estate agent for the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas and have dedicated my life to this area and the people who live here.
