Bought a home in 2011.
We began looking for a home in September of 2010 and had been working with another agent that we felt could not give us their full attention because of their daytime job, so we stopped looking. We thought we would wait till the spring of 2011 to begin looking again but decided to blog around and find a new agent that could represent us fully without any roadblocks and we were happily introduced to Christa Hobart! My wife and I met with her and voiced our concerns and needs and by the end of the day she had already sent us a matrix list of multiple listings. She was patient with us through a very tough, challenging and competitive economic housing market. We closed on our first home on September 30, 2011 a very happy day in our lives. Christa worked hard for us, speaking to her negotiation skills we don't know exaclty as not a whole of negotiation had to be done in our purchase. In the future, we would utilize Christa's expertise but would ask that she is present during the sigining of our closing documents, we thought she would've been there for this first occasion in our lives but was not.…More Less

Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2009 for approximately $200K in Graham, WA.
She kept in touch very well. She did a great job helping us out with our first time buying a home. We were looking for property and she was knowledgeable on the subject. If we ever have to buy or sell we will use her again.

Bought a home in 2009.
When my family was ready to move Christa was so patient and helpful with the process. It took us over a year to sell the house we were moving from and durring that time she continued to send us houses that we would go and look at. Moving to an area that was not familiar to us we were all over the map when it came to where we wanted to be and our idea of what we wanted changed a number of times durring that year. Long story short we were the clients that most realtors would have given up on. Christa stuck it out with us and helped us find a great house on a perfect piece of property with a fantastic view of Mt. Rainier and close to a lake. Her patience and knowlege were outstanding.
