I used prudential because it was highly recommended by my mom (who really doesn't play around with this kind of thing and knows quality). Overall I was really impressed with Christina and Cindy. They helped me and my husband buy a house and it was a difficult process due to our circumstances (esp because my husband was deployed the whole time, we were trying to choose a house and have escrow close in less than 2 months, etc.). Even though a few problems arose (which I expected), they responded and got them under control immediately. And that is what really matters because who cares how someone responds when things go smoothly. Also, when I talked to others, they were surprised and impressed of how smoothly this process went compared to when they bought their own houses. And even after escrow has closed, when I have a problem I still contact them and they handle it ASAP. If/when I sell or buy another house I will definitely be calling them again.
