I have worked with Christiana for both the purchase and the sale of luxury homes in Princeton, including homes in the two million to four million dollar price range. She is a consummate professional who keenly experienced the Princeton Real-estate market.

Bought a home in 2013.
We moved to Princeton from NYC a year ago. She helped us find an apartment to rent in a relatively short period of time, and accommodated our rather rigid work schedules and picky aesthetic. She was down to earth, relatable, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. When we decided to purchase a house in Princeton after renting approximately 6 months, we knew that Christina was the right person. She is very knowledgable about the area and process. She responds to emails and calls quickly - which is something not all realtors in the area do. During the process of looking for the right house, it was quite evident that she knows the market well. We are very picky clients and scoured the real estate websites daily. We wanted only a modern house - which is a rare find in Princeton. She was able to find it for us, and did so before it appeared on any real estate websites! Working with Christina allowed us to be one step ahead of the increasingly competitive housing market.
She was responsive to our needs/wants, and importantly, was never pushy. She is honest and ridiculously hard working and I highly recommend her to others! We still contact Christina occasionally - even though our house closed approximately a month ago. She is a wealth of information and seems to know everything about Princeton and the surrounding areas. She is a great person to work with and to know!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in West Windsor, NJ.
Our experience working with Christina has been amazing and smooth! Not only she is a savvy in real estate, she treats us like friends with her patience and second set of eyes.She was always there support, guide us during the lengthy process. As the first time home buyers, we feel very lucky to have her as the agent.

We had a very positive experience with Christina. She is very professional and at the same time connects with you personally. Always responsive and understood our requirements. Christina was also very patient with us during the entire process as we were looking for our first home. Even after the deal was closed, Christina remained in touch and I still reach out to her for her suggestions on home repairs etc. I would highly recommend Christina!

Christina helped me buy my home and she was a superb resource throughout the entire house-hunting process. I could not have been more impressed or pleased.
She showed me nearly 50 homes (I'm not kidding!) in Princeton, Hopewell, Pennington, and Lawrenceville over the course of several months. She was incredibly patient and reliable throughout this long process, always on the ball with sending new listings for my consideration.
Most of all I appreciated her quick, clear communication at practically any time of day -- she was always fast with a response to an email or text message or phone call, and she somehow kept all the information organized.
Christina is really a walking encyclopedia of the local real estate market, I don't know how she does it. If and when we ever decide to sell our place, she's the first person I will call.

Showed home in 2011.
I worked with Christina when I was thinking about possibly buying a bigger home and renting the one we were currently in. She was patient, attentive, pleasant and professional. She showed us a home that we were interested in several times over a period of several months and guided us through a situation when we needed to decide whether to enter a bidding contest for the house. Ultimately we decided to let the house go and she was very supportive and reassuring. She also introduced us to a local mortgage broker who provided us with a loan when our own big national bank could not. I am very pleased to have a relationship with her and look forward to a time when we can actually complete a real estate transaction!

Sold a home in 2007.
Christina sold my residence in Princeton. Throughout the process, I appreciated her dedication and professionalism. She was always available for questions and to provide guidance. Christina's knowledge of the real estate market and the surrounding areas is impressive. I enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $950K in Pennington, NJ.
It was great to work with Christina. We actually found this house very early in the search process but wanted to make sure that it was the right one. Christina very patiently found other suitable properties for us to benchmark before we were confident that this was the right house for us. The negotiations were tricky since there was another interested buyer who had contracted the same agent as the seller. Christina dealt with this situation very professionally.

Helped me rent a home.
Christina Phillips is an exceptional agent. We first met Christina when we were searching for a home to rent in Montgomery. We found her to be warm, extremely competent, professional and able to negotiate the best deal possible for us. Christina has a good relationship with the owner of the home so she "walked a fine line" regarding insuring both landlord and leasee were happy. Despite the fact that we were not buying the home, she personally met us at the home several times to allow us to prepare for the move. We definately will utilize Christina's services when we buy a home.
