Christina navigated my wife and I through our first home purchase, which included our first time living in Atlanta. Moving from out of state and under fairly constrained conditions, we had to find a home in Atlanta (our first home purchase) in about 3 months time. Christina did a great job coordinating these logistics and having been in our new home for about 5 months now, we love it and we love our new neighborhood!

Christina was very flexible working with us and spent the necessary time on our first visit to Atlanta to expertly tour us around the various neighborhoods and give us a flavor of their personalities. She then spent the necessary time organizing multiple home tours over the short period of time we would have during our 2nd trip to Atlanta to actually "shop" for our home. Once we found our perfect home, she was also quite adept at negotiating to ensure we got the home but at a reasonable price.

Besides her realtor skills, she is also quite knowledgable about the local area and has supplied us with good recommendations on a number of other service providers. Because of this excellent local knowledge, she should certainly be considered by others who are planning to move to Atlanta from out of town.

Believe the hype! There’s a reason Christina has all of these five-star reviews, and it’s because working with her and Ben is truly the best experience. As a first-time homebuyer, I was pretty nervous and daunted by what I was getting myself into, but from my first conversations with Christina and Ben, I knew I would be in good hands and that it would all work out.
The first thing to know is that’s very fun to work with Christina and Ben – and if you’re going to spend hours looking at homes, you want to be with fun people. They also made me feel like I was the only person they were helping in this process, from their prompt communication and completion of tasks to remembering the tiniest details about what I wanted in a home. From beginning to end, they kept me on track with everything that needed to be done and pumped up about the process. It was so great to have them in my corner, advocating on my behalf, navigating the twists and turns it took to find my perfect place, and connecting me with the other outstanding people – mortgage lender, home inspector, attorney, etc. – necessary to make it mine. And, like so many other people they’ve helped, I now have a fabulous new home!

I found Christina through a Google search for the term "buyer's agent" when I was toying with the idea of buying a place. I read through her whole website and a bunch of reviews before I reached out to her. We've all heard the horror stories from friends who've bought their first homes before us and/or worked in the real estate business, warning of the pushy, sometimes even deceptive, real estate agents that are lurking out there. Christina is exactly the opposite of that. I got a really good vibe the very first time we met with her. Now I know that sounds super new-agey, but it's the best way I can think of to describe that feeling. I immediately felt like she was trustworthy and that we'd be in good hands working with her. Never have I been so glad that I followed my instincts.
One of the things I appreciated most about working with Christina was that she never once sugar-coated anything. As a first-time home buyer, I needed her to walk me through everything that could possibly go wrong during the home-buying process, which she did in the most thorough and straight-forward manner I could have hoped for. She did this at every juncture where there was a potential for things to go a couple of different ways and I really appreciated that. She patiently answered any questions that came to mind, even though we often went way over time chatting.
When she took us out to view homes, she made it a point to highlight potential issues with any home we showed interest in. She is knowledgeable about which items were reasonable to request to have repaired and which items we should expect to have to fix ourselves. She knew the neighborhoods we were most interested in even better than we did and she taught me a few tidbits about the history of Atlanta that I never knew. I think she might have been almost as excited as we were when we got under contract on a place.
Christina is hands-down the best real estate agent that I never knew I needed. And a super fun lady to share adult beverages and hang out with to boot! A girl can't really ask for much more.
She referred us to Brandon Byrd at BankSouth, who deserves a mention as a fantastic mortgage broker. Brandon also patiently answered the bazillion mortgage questions I had crop up throughout the process. He even allowed us to interrupt his lunch on a Saturday when we were ready to put an offer in on a home! Now that's dedication.
The stalwart Ben Dowell handled everything in between with the poise and grace of a symphony conductor. Ben was always super quick to answer emails and text messages at any time of day or night. I think he might be the glue!
And last but most certainly not least, the fab Kati Heller, our closing attorney, handled an unexpected last-minute snafu with an expert hand. We were ever so grateful for that!
In short, because of Christina and the fantastic folks that she works with, I am thrilled to report that my experience lived up to none of my expectations that buying a home would be a long, drawn-out, and extremely stressful event in my life. It was smooth sailing practically the whole way! Thanks again Christina, Ben, Brandon, & Kati!

Christina helped find our dream home on a short deadline. We saw several houses that met our criteria and that was within our budget. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She found us a loan broker as well that helped expedite the process.

Christina is a highly knowledge realtor who puts her clients first. I contacted Christina while I lived in New York City with the anticipation of moving to Atlanta. Not only did she respond quickly, she made sure she understood what I was looking for, what my needs were and helped recommend neighborhoods that would fit my personality, lifestyle and needs. When I was in town, she made me a priority to look at homes since my time was limited.
Christina actively searches for homes on your behalf verses you just telling her the homes you want to see. She puts thought behind it and tries to match you with the right home. The home I wound up purchasing I would have never looked at in an online home search because it was not the style home I envisioned in my head purchasing. She suggested I look at the style home and see if I liked it, because it seemed to fit everything I wanted in a house. When I walked into the home, it was perfect. I would not be in my amazing home if it weren’t for Christina.
I could not have been more happing with my home buying experience. I highly recommend utilizing Christina!
Christina did a great job for us! Found a house in the neighborhood we wanted and at a price we could afford. She did great negotiations and we trusted her completely as we were very new, inexperienced and busy home buyers. She knows a great deal about historic homes and was quick to reply to our questions. She also made us feel like we were her priority and that she had plenty of time for our needs even during what we know was a very busy season for her.
Bought a home in 2014 in Sandy Plains, Marietta, GA 30066.
christina is a complete professional. my husband and i were first-time home buyers, and boy oh boy, did we have much to learn. christina is truly a buyers' agent, always looking out for the best interests of her clients. despite her being away at a business conference during a critical time in our buying process, she still made sure we were attended to and that every need was met. she was responsive to floods of questions and we always felt like she had our backs. we *love* our new home (moving in this week!) and would recommend christina to anyone in need an ass-kicking realtor. seriously. look at her shoes.
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Grant Park, Atlanta, GA.
My wife and I were first time homebuyers moving from outside the city and some friends of ours recommended Christina. These friends are pretty trustworthy folks so we went for it. We had no idea just how awesome the recommendation actually was.
From the first meeting on we knew we were in good hands. Christina was exceedingly professional while abundantly friendly and kind. She walked us through everything and was patient with us newbies.
In the end, she knew what we needed more than we did. Which is exactly what I was hoping for in an agent. Christina delivered us into the perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood. My wife and I couldn't be more ecstatic about our experience with Christina. And she's been an incredible resource post-closing as well. As far as we're concerned, she's the greatest, ever.

A friend referred Christina to me. He said "I don't recommend anyone for anything . . . except Christina."
I'm glad he did. Christina is a great agent. She was very helpful in all of the steps, and I felt comfortable trusting her advice.
The most important thing for me about Christina is that she has been incredibly patient and reliable for many years now. It took me about three years before I actually decided to buy a house, and Christina was patient the entire time. And even after buying the house, Christina still continues to provide me extensive help.

We absolutely loved working with Christina to purchase our wonderful home in Grant Park!! She could have made an easy sale early on but talked us out of it because she knew it wasn't what we really wanted (based on what we had already told her). We hit several snags while under contract but Christina was there to direct and advice us every step of the way. I personally loved how knowledgeable she was about the history of the areas we viewed. I can't recommend her enough!!!
