Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $325K in Beach Haven, Jacksonville, FL.
Christina has helped me buy 2 homes and I am very satisfied with her service. She is very professional and responsive which is a great attribute. Too many times real estate agents do not get back with you quickly enough during the home buying process.

We had a great selling experience with Christina and her team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a home. Their marketing strategy is top notch. The interior decorator they recommended (Christy) did a fantastic job staging our home for showings and their photographer took high quality pictures of our home for the online listings. Christina was always available to answer our questions and Gina did a great job helping us through the closing process. Christina, we are so happy that we contacted your team to help us sell our home! Thank you again!

Christina assigned Cole to be our agent and we absolutely loved him. He helped me be objective about certain things and played devil's advocate very well (which I needed). I couldn't have found my perfect house without him and Christina's team. I will always recommend them to anyone I know looking to buy a home.

The Christina Welch Team was amazing. It was great to have a whole team of people working for us to guide us through the home search. Cole Slate was our "Buyer Specialist" and was very proactive finding homes that met our criteria. I felt like I could get in touch with him at anytime via text, phone or email to set up a showing or ask a question or for any other reason. When the time came he did a fantastic job advising us through the offer and negotiation and we ended up getting the exact house we wanted even though there were multiple offers.
Once we were under contract Gina Sloat served as our "closing coordinator" and did a great job answering our many questions and making sure everything happened on time. It was a good feeling to have an expert in each part of the home buying process.
I would highly recommend these folks to anyone thinking about buying a home.

Bought a home in 2013.
I didnt work with Christina Welch directly, but I did work with her team. Cole Slate was the realtor that I worked with. He was very helpful and was very flexable with scheduleing times to see homes. He did a great job of finding out answers to all of my questions and was continuously helpful through the whole closing process. I enjoyed working with the team and have already reffered Cole to several coworkers and friends.
