Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Gardendale, AL.
We bought a foreclosure through Christina and she was a delight to work with! Long story short there were right of way issues with a water line to the house and the process drug on for about 8 or 9 months with alot of back and forth with fannie mae's agent, Christina was always a quick phone call or email away. Over that entire time I think I may have tried to call her and got voicemail once, maybe twice and always got a prompt callback. In the end, we wound up getting a great deal! Then on closing day there was a little hoopla on my part with the wiring instructions for the money transfer but Christina was patient and helpful through the whole thing.
