Christina handled the purchase of my condominium with the utmost professionalism, acted promptly, was responsive to my questions and needs, and ensured that everything moved smoothly. She is very knowledgeable of the Birmingham area and surrounding townships and understands the main factors associated with the value of a property. Christina was very helpful in our home buying process and guided me and my wife in every aspect of purchasing our first home. She is extremely knowledgable of the Birmingham real estate market and was instrumental in ensuring the successful selection and closing of our property. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy in Birmingham, Alabama, especially in the Homewood area. She also assisted in all the different scheduling needs of a home purchase woking with my wife' teaching demands and my military time constraints. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Gardendale, AL.
We bought a foreclosure through Christina and she was a delight to work with! Long story short there were right of way issues with a water line to the house and the process drug on for about 8 or 9 months with alot of back and forth with fannie mae's agent, Christina was always a quick phone call or email away. Over that entire time I think I may have tried to call her and got voicemail once, maybe twice and always got a prompt callback. In the end, we wound up getting a great deal! Then on closing day there was a little hoopla on my part with the wiring instructions for the money transfer but Christina was patient and helpful through the whole thing. After the whole ordeal I know Christina was ready to see us go away lol, Thanks Christina!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Gardendale, AL.
I would highly recommend Christina as a real estate agent. She walked my family and I through the whole process of selling our home and purchasing another home. She was very good at giving advice as to improvements to make to increase the value of our home before placing it on the market. She also did alot of "homework" on comparables to our former home to help us price it so we would have alot of showings on our home in the short time it was on the market. Her marketing experience was an asset with our home being placed on multiple websites for viewing. Not only was she a wonderful agent but also became a good friend. If we ever decide to sell or buy real estate again she will definately be our agent!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Birmingham, AL.
We met Christina at an open house that she was hosting for a home that she had personally purchased and remodeled. At the time we were not seriously looking to buy (we were just walking through the neighborhood), and upon talking to her about her experience with older homes decided to keep her card for future reference. We're so glad that we did! A few months later, we contacted her about our home search in Homewood. She was very knowledgeable about the area, understood what we were looking for, and respected our budget. She was always professional and honest, and served as a strong advocate for us throughout the negotiation process. She made purchasing our first home an exciting and relatively stress-free experience. We would recommend her services without reservation.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Cullman, AL.
I am a first-time home buyer in Cullman, AL and didn't really know how the process went or where to start, but Christina made the process easy and understandable. She really gets to know her client's wants and needs in a home to find the best fit for her clients. Christina kept me updated non-stop throughout the whole process and gives great recommendations to make things easier. When I made my decision on which home I wanted, she broke down the whole process step-by-step. My husband and I are planning to purchase a home in the Gardendale area. Christina James has gone above and beyond to help us during this process.
