she was VERY friendly and knoledgeable however didn't take our house serch seriously....I know land contracts are hard to come by but thier out there...id recomend her if you have good credit....but deffinatly not for a land contract serch. its been 6 months and were still looking

Ryan, You are right, there are land contract homes available, however, I could not find any in the Crandall Park area or close to that area that were available for land contract or in your price range. If any one is reading this and knows of anything availble, please contact me. Thank you for your review and I will still continue looking for you.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Warren, OH.
Got her name off a "For Sale" sign while window shopping for a home and will never regret it! She showed us many homes until we found the right one.
